Excellent!! At last both of my balconey's are unplugged and usable. The story: 2 balconey's drains have been plugged for over 6 months. No one could fix it, and I tried myself, and it also didn't work. Apparently, the previous tenant had not maintained the drain, so their was blockage from my unit and the unit below me. I didn't have access to the unit below me and the building manager couldn't get an answer from the tenant below me to access their unit. Since blockage could only be resolved by clearing clockage from the unit below me. I didn't need access to the unit below below. Just this wonderful company. They even cleaned my balcony afterward. One of the Every time the team arrive early, the work is completed on time to the highest standard and we never have any issues. Furniture, flooring and items all covered for dust protection (Without having to ask) and great communication provided at all times. I can honestly say this is a team that I completely trust to be in my home, without my presence required (Which is not something I can say for many other companies) All team members represent themselves in such a professional and friendly manner at all times. The Hummingbird team that came to our house was amazing, they went over and above to provide the best quality service. Our villa had major clogging issues in some of the smaller pipes as well as the main lines that are reachable through the manholes. The contractor who renovated the villa before we moved in left rocks, pieces of tiles, cloths, and anything else you can imagine in the pipes and the team that came here spent hours relentlessly working to clear everything up.
